There is something really cool about seeing the start of something great blossom into something even more amazing. Nothing proves this point more than my times spent with the Larotonda Family.

Back in 2016, I met these two as they were searching for a wedding photographer and immediately hit it off with them. Needless to say, their wedding was amazing and I was able to stay in contact with them over the years. Whether it be at their friends weddings, or the occasional check in, it was always great to catch up with these two and hear how life was progressing for them.

Fast forward to the summer of 2019, the arrival of baby Grace got them back in front of my camera. Seeing what was a party of two turn to a trio over a few short years was such a cool thing. At their newborn photos I got to ask all the questions about what being a new parent feels like, and at 3 months I got to see their daughter showcase a personality sculpted by top notch parents.

Now 1 year old, Grace was taught well by her dad and doesn’t smile at strange boys (mainly me). After taking time to ease into photos, and giving her home court advantage on the photo location, she was all smiles and such a pleasure to be around. At one point she even showed me her impression of the dog barking! 🙂

All and all, I have been super fortunate to be a part of such big times with the Larotonda family and can’t thank them enough for all the great times. Happy 1st. Birthday to baby Grace and I look forward to seeing you guys again soon!
