Over the years, I have been able to blend my experience in multiple genres of photography to create a unique style and eye for composition. Specializing in wedding and event photography, I also have a broad background in portraiture, commercial, and editorial photography. Whether I happen to stumble across candid moments, or create beautifully composed images, the goal is always to find anything and everything genuine. I pride both myself and my brand on the quality of work we provide and the manner in which it is created.

Outside of the photo world, I spend most of my time hanging out with my beautiful wife & kids, watching basketball, and getting myself knee deep in home DIY projects I didn't prepare for. I am a Costco connoisseur, master at smoking meats, and instigating is my favorite past time. I come fully equipped with a bold personality, quick wit, and I can't correctly use a comma to save my life. If you dig Chipotle, cool shoes, and playing late night video games, we will most definitely hit it off.

Favorite Drink?

Arnold Palmer, Ice Water, or White Mocha Frappacino.

Mornings or Nights?

Night time for sure. Beyond work days, morning have never really been my thing.

Cannon, Nikon, Fuji, or Sony?

Nikon, all day every day.

What music are you into?

Pretty much anything that takes me back to my cool guy emo days. Mix that with some Beyonce and that's all I need.

PC or Mac?

Mac for everything with the exception of gaming.

Favorite food?

Pizza & Teriyaki anything.

When did you go full time with photography?

I started Eighty Eight Photo in 2010 and went full time in 2014. Before then I had worked in a portrait studio and lead another local wedding photography company. In total, I have been fortunate enough to call photography my career for over 15 years.

Favorite Color?

Purple and it's not even close.

Favorite TV Show?

When my kids are up its a constant loop of Blues Clues Big City Adventure, Wheel of Fortune, and Super Mario Movie. When they go to bed it's pretty much just running back all the seasons of The Office, Modern Family, House, 24, and Vanderpump Rules.

Waffles or Pancakes?

Waffles have been, are, and always will be far superior to pancakes.

Why wedding photography?

I am honestly not 100% sure how I came up with the idea of becoming a full time wedding photographer. I grew up assuming I was going to be a famous musician or pro skateboarder. Having done it for so long I know, without a doubt, that I couldn't imagine doing anything else. There is enough consistency and predictability to become efficient but the human element keeps things fresh and new. There aren,t a ton of things can keep my attention the way weddings have and I am super fortunate to have stumbled into it.

Is that really a bobblehead of you?

100% Ask me about it and I'll be happy to share how that came to be.

Favorite time of year for photos?

Fall for sure. The color palette, scenery, temperatures, clothing, and the crisp air is the best here in Ohio.
Accolades?.... We've got some of those too!
