With a pandemic putting their large reception on hold, Kayla & Brian decided to keep their original date for an intimate ceremony and share it with friends and family. As the seats started to fill up, we quickly realized there would be some uninvited guests by the name of rain, thunder, and lightning.

A pandemic, rain, thunder, and even lighting stacked up against these two and still couldn’t stop them from tying the knot. These two are living proof that as long as you are with the one you love there is nothing that can’t be done. Not once did I see these two stress nor did I hear one person complain about the rain. If anything, everyone saw the irony and laughed about how crazy it all was. With all of us under tents and shuffling under umbrellas, their friends and family reflected their light hearted approach to the day and made it a genuinely great time and amazing experience.

From Kayla’s trip down the aisle on a 4 wheeler to their horse and carriage ride around the block, the day was full of great times and good laughs. I am wildly thankful to have been a part of their big day and can’t wait to see them again next year for vow renewals and a big reception!
