Rain in most cases is the arch enemy to photographers. The mixing of expensive camera equipment, fresh makeup and nice clothes with rain generally don’t play well together. Today was an exception to the rule.

As I made my way out to Youngstown to meet with Jenn & Justin we were looking at some high percentages of rain for the time frame we wanted to be outside. Instead of rescheduling we made the executive decision to go for it. Lucky for us, we got a solid amount of time to take advantage of the Fellows Riverside Gardens. The colorful flower gardens and beautiful trees complimented both of there fun loving personalities perfectly. As we finished up the rain made its debut on the night. At this point most people would go home but we decided to take a short drive over to Cindarella Bridge for a few dramatic shots in the rain. After seeing what we were able to walk away with I would say driving home with soggy socks was definitely well worth it!

These two were a ton of fun to be around and the fact that they were game to get out in the rain for a few shots made them even more of a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for a great time tonight and I look forward to wedding day next July!
